hair growth.  Provides quick and complete relief for numerous skin problems, but has a nice Fresh Herbal Scent. It's unique formula pairs sulfur and mineral oil, which helps to immediately provide itch relief, plus helps to calm skin issues and conditions the skin and hair around the affected area resulting in healthy skin and beautiful hair.

Shapley's M-T-G Plus is also safe and effective for small animal skin problems, such as hot spots or itching caused by fungus, bacteria or dry skin.  Be sure to spot test on an unaffected area to check for sensitivity to sulfur or other ingredients.  See directions below:

Directions for Use:  Turn bottle upside down and shake vigorously. Yellow
sediment must be thoroughly mixed.  (Not designed to be used with a spray bottle).

For Skin Problems & Rubbing

Wash out any prior treatment, then apply M-T-G Plus directly to the affected area and leave in. Re-apply daily until all visible signs of skin problems are gone. Affected area does
not need to be washed prior to reapplication. M-T-G Plus is also effective when used
weekly as a preventative.


For Tail Growth

Apply M-T-G Plus lightly to dry tail bone and leave in. Work residual M-T-G Plus through tail. For maximum results, loosely braid and bag tail. Do not wrap tailbone. Re-apply M-T-G Plus weekly.

For Mane Growth

Apply Shapley's M-T-G Plus sparingly along base of mane and leave in. Wipe off excess product on neck under mane. Re-apply Original M-T-G
weekly.

Also excellent as a leave-in conditioner/detangler for promoting mane and tail growth. Use on damaged, chewed-off tails for rapid hair growth, and on long tails to enhance fullness, condition and retain length. With just one application it will detangle, condition and dissolve dandruff, soothing irritated skin. As a mane and tail lengthener, the combination of ingredients in provides the optimal environment for maximum growth.

For Mane & tail Conditioning, Detangling and Burr Removal 

Apply Shapley's M-T-G Plus lightly through mane and tail and work in well. Leave on overnight and wash out.Do not use sprayer when applying. Original M-T-G does not need to be washed
out between applications. For easy and effective removal of Shapley's M-T-G Plus,
wash out with Shapley’s Hi Shine Shampoo or other mild shampoo.

Active Ingredient: Sulfur 4%
Inactive Ingredients: Mineral Oil, zinc stearate, glycerin, cade oil (rectified)

Cautions: As a normal precaution to prevent possible allergic reaction to sulfur, pretest unaffected area for sensitivity. Allergic reactions usually appear within 24 to 48 hours. Wash out any prior treatments before applying Original M-T-G, as one of the other products may cause a cross - reaction. During use, keep animal out of intense sun to prevent sunburn. Applying Shapley's M-T-G Plus in early evening usually prevents sunburn from occurring. Using M-T-G more frequently than recommended may result in adverse effect. If irritation occurs, discontinue use, wash out and consult a Veterinarian, if necessary. Keep from reach of children. Not intended for human use. Basically non-toxic if
swallowed. Do not induce vomiting. Consult your doctor. Flush with water if contact with mouth or eyes.
